I have been lucky through my Cancer journey and throughout my chemotherapy. I am acutely aware that not everyone is so fortunate and so as a way of supporting those people and the amazing work done by Macmillan I have decided to brave the shave at the end of my chemotherapy on the 18th April 2024.
I have been cultivating my beard for the last 24 weeks and it will be ceremonially removed, along with my hair, to celebrate all of those going through the ordeal of cancer whether that be patients, loved ones, carers, nurses, or anyone that this horrible disease touches.
